You can use ISA for that but not with just one NIC. Bottom line is that in
order for ISA to filter by user the traffic coming from your TS, that
traffic has to:
a) Pass through ISA at some point (which will only happen if ISA is inserted
between the TS and the 'restricted' LAN's, in other words ISA needs to have
one NIC in each LAN), AND
b) Be authenticated - you need to run the Firewall Client software on the TS
as A. Klimkin said, and create 'parallel' user accounts in the local ISA
database to match the local users on the TS.
