Yes both Great Questions

Your quote

what is your problem right now, and what do you need to accomplish?

We currently have 2 branch offices and about 25 Road warriors The head
office currently has site - to - site VPN tunnels with Soho's on either
end to the Branch offices. When the branch users go home at night and
VPN in, they actually VPN into the Head office.....and the Soho routes
them to the branch they belong......I am able to VPN in to the SOHO and
browse resources at both branch offices.....However if I VPN through
the ISA Box I get Request Timed Out to the branch offices.....I have
yet to try Phillips sugestion to add the static routes to the ISA Box
Using the Soho as the Default gateway....(I am confident this will
work...I just have not been in the office yet to try it)....so what I
need to accomplish is to be able to VPN to the ISA box and Browse the
branch offices.

"Are you trying to access resources on the test network from the branch

offices, or the other way around (resources on the remote networks from
the
test network)."

The other way around....my current test network is in the same network
as the live network with the acception of the default gateway being the
ISA box and not the SOHO....

"Also, your ultimate goal is to replace the SOHO firewall altogether,
or do
you want to continue running it side by side with ISA? And if you want
to
continue, what will you be using each of the two for? "

The ultimate goal is to Put the ISA box as the Number 1 Firewall with
the SOHO only used as a backup or redundancy in the event the ISA goes
down for whatever reason....replace both branch offices with their own
ISA box and have site to site vpn tunnels using the ISA Servers....So
technically Yes the plan would be to Replace the Soho as the live or
production firewall altogether.

Hope that helps...any other questions, do not hesitate to ask
