SSL Listener doesn't see new certificate

I have installed the certificate on the web server, exported the key.
Imported the file to the ISA server Certificate Manager(MMC Snap-in)
The certificate shows up there. When I go to configure the listener(in
ISA) it doesn't see the new certificate that was installed, it still
sees the old cert.

I followed the steps outlined in
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;324167

Any ideas why the isa server wont see the new cert?

Thanks in advance.
