It was NAT, but after some serious surfing last night, I changed it to
route.
The link you posted was the one I used to set this up, using IPsec, I'm
just going to see what's happening now I've changed it to route, grab
some packets and see if I can find out where the problem is.

Your the first person not to mention or ask why I have a DC in the
perimeter network, thanks for that, and thanks for the reply.
I'll let you know what I end up with.
