How to get java chat to work through ISA2004?

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

This past February I upgraded ISA2000 to ISA2004. In ISA2000, I had an
All/All/All configuration. The reason for that was that I needed access to
a java chat applet that I use to network with other travel agencies around
the United States and Canada.

The only way I could figure out how to get it to work was to create an
All/All/All.

Since upgrading to ISA2004, I have not been able to use the java chat applet
to network with other agencies. What happens is this. I click on the link
in the area that contains the chat room. The java applet loads. I see the
chat room, but I cannot see anyone logged on. I cannot see anyone chatting.
Other cannot see me logged in to the chat room (so they've told me).

I tried running reports in ISA2000 before creating the All/All/All, but I
could not find any protocols or anything else that told me specifically what
need to be allowed to pass through it.

The same for ISA 2004. I actually can't figure out how to run/view a report
to see what is going in or out of ISA2004. I feel completely lost in
ISA2004.

Does anyone have any experience in getting java chat rooms to function
through ISA2004? I'm almost to the point of giving up on ISA.
