Well, I am pretty sure that the problem lies on ISA Server 2000 because when
we use a dial up connection to the internet this problem doesn't happen. We
can go out, take some coffee, relax and when we get back the session is still
alive.

I can try to do that, but at first, without the firewall client the app
seams not to work. One curious thing is that the firewall session still
appears on ISA Server when the HOD app says it is disconnected. The problem
is pretty strange... I just hope we find a solution for this, because there
are a lot of other services, , web publishing rules, digital certificates,
etc in this server. I would not like to install everything and do it all over
again just because of this session problem in this app. It would be
frustrating...

Thank you in your good will in help me in this issue.
