OK.. first of all, do you have all ISA2000 updates to date? As outlined in
this page here:
http://www.microsoft.com/isaserver/downloads/2000.mspx
W2K3 SP1 is known as a compatibility factor if your ISA installation is not
top-shape.
On the other hand, can you provide more information about that application?
Does it run as an ActiveX control, or JavaScript applet in a web page? Also,
once it loads, does it do everything through HTTP or there are other
ports/protocols you had to configure in the ISA for the app to work?
Last but not least, how are your clients configured? What kind of browser do
they use? Are they web proxy clients, or SNAT clients (i.e. no proxy address
set in the IE options). Are you running the ISA2000 firewall client on the
client computers? All these are important questions and the answers should
help us locate the problem so don't spare the details please.
