It looks like some kind of memory leak issue to me. You should install the
latest updates for ISA2000 from this page:
http://www.microsoft.com/isaserver/downloads/2000.mspx

In your case since you are already running the Feature Pack 1 start from
step 3) and work your way down. Make sure you reboot after each
installation, even if you are not specifically prompted - it did make a
difference for me in some instances.
