Allowing access to RTSP, PNM etc

Hi
Apologies for my lack of ISA/Streaming Media knowledge but...
I run a Windows 2000 network with ISA 2000 acting as my proxy. I have just
changed the mode of the ISA to Integrated from Caching only, specifically to
allow access to RTSP etc. But am at a loss as to how to do so.
I don't even know if this is a streaming or firewall question, all I know
is, when users attempt to access certain Internet content (typically .ra
files through Realplayer) an error occurs specifiying RTSP://<url> as the
source.
I have an "allow" rule in Site and Content allowing access to all
destinations (except "banned") and all content.
I have an "Internet" rule in Protocol rules allowing access via the usual
protocols (HTTP etc) and RTSP/PNM
My routing rule specifies my ISP's upstream proxy array, and they have even
provided me with the IP address of another proxy, through which RTSP etc is
allowed. But I seem only able to specify routing rules using destination
sets, not protocols and now I hold up my hands!
Can anyone help please?
.
