Thank you for your update.
This is why I recommend you to contact the Adobe first to get the list of
the ports and the protocols that will be used by the Adobe Download Manager.
Only after we know this information, we can create protocol rules to allow
the Adobe Download Manager to connect out.
By this way, the Acrobat Reader can update itself automatically.
You can post the ports and protocols list provided by the Adobe and then we
can provide you the deail steps to create rules on ISA server.
