browse a site that ends with :8383

isa 2000

I have created a list af allowed sites for some users.
Everything works fine, they can access only those sites.
Except one: http://sitename.com:8383
Why? is it because it use a non standard 80 port?
Is that 8383 port, the real problem?

How to solve? Naturally, browsing that site an authentication
request window appear, if I enter administrator user or other
browsing allowed user it works fine.

ps: that site had no other external redirection or banner to not
user allowed site.
