web proxy filter

I have an application, Syndetic Solutions, that goes out over through port 80
to retrieve information. After I setup ISA 2004 it no longer works, but if I
disable the web proxy filter under the http properties it works. So I thought
I would trick ISA and created a copy of the HTTP protocol and disabled the
web proxy filter under the CopyOFHTTP protocol, but it still doesn't work. I
have tried these setting with all three different client configuratins (SNAT,
Web proxy client, and FWClient) none of them work. The Access rule I created
for Sydetics is above my other HTTP access rules. When I look in the logs I
see CopyOFHTTP as the protocol going out. Why doesn't this work? I have also
tried to add the IP address and dns name of the computer I need to contact
along with the *.domainIneedtoaccess.com under internal network properties ->
web browser tab to allow for direct access. That didn't work either, I am out
of ideas and almost out of hair.
Please help,
Dendy
