ISA 2004 EE and web browsing is slooooooow

Put in ISA this morning and web browsing is extremely slow. Take out
proxy settings and go direct and everything is fine. The only way to
speed up going through ISA is to open a streaming site like launchcast
and then browsing is just fine. Any ideas?
