Thank you for posting.
Based on your description, it appears that you are talking the "Encryption
Level" configuration in the Terminal service.
The ISA server does not care which "Encryption Level" you are using in the
terminal.
You only need to make sure the terminal port (by default: 3389) can pass
through the firewall.
If you had any questions with the FIPS, High, Low, and client compatible
configuration, I recommend you to post the issue in the terminal newsgroup.
We recommend posting appropriately so you will get the most qualified pool
of respondents, and so other partners who regularly read the newsgroups can
either share their knowledge or learn from your interaction with us.
