RE: Large Files - Slow Download - Until Reboot

This is Lee and I am glad to meet you in the newsgroup.
Regarding this issue, please provide me the following information/files to
check the issue further:

1. Do you had the ISA 2000 SP2 on the computer?

2. Download and run the MPSRPT_Alliance.EXE with the following URL on the
problem ISA server
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=CEBF3C7C-7CA5-408F-
88B7-F9C79B7306C0&displaylang=en
And then send me the report file it had generated.

3. Will this issue occur on all the client computers behind the ISA server?

4. Install Network Monitor on the ISA server and the client computer.
When the problem occurs, please start the Network monitor on the ISA
server(monitoring external NIC and Internal NIC) and the client computer.
Keeping Network monitor running about in 1 minute and then stop it and send
me the trace files.

Also let me know the IP of the testing client computer and the download the
URL.

5. If you delete the cache on the ISA server, will you get the same issue?
For detail steps to delete the cache, please take a look at the following
