Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance



Someone or something is using all my bandwidth again. After giving up
finding them with the monitor tool I stopped the ISA job scheduler and the
bandwidth was released. Usage is now below 10% as it should be... Does that
service need to be running? If I stop it what will stop?
