Re: SOS ! Why doing windows update via ISA 2000 always got Fail ?

Here we don't use Authenticating Web Proxy.
If I follow the knowledge base #312955 to select "Use HTTP 1.1 through
Proxy Connections" check box, the windows update will hang in the searching
for new update.
Also I found it is so strange. If I do office update at the same client via
isa 2000, it works.
I don't know why windows update got fail. SOS !
