Content filtering blocking zip files

We use content filtering to block all files except for a list of allowed
files. It works fine except for one particular site. This site has an http
page with links to download files with the extension ".dwg.zip". Both .dwg
and .zip are allowed files types on our server, but we are unable to download
these files without disabling our content filtering rules.

ISA's logs don't show a MIME type for this content, but show that it is
being caught by our deny rule after being missed by the allow rule for .zip
files. I've tried adding ".dwg.zip" to the list of allowed files just in
case, but it had no effect.

I am aware of the bugs with content filtering, and have been in touch with
Microsoft to install the private fix. Has anyone else had this problem, or
am I looking at another call to Microsoft?
