I don't know anything about "web based" newsgroups,...I refuse to use them.
The only way I will work with newsgroups is with a real NNTP Newsreader
(like Outlook Express). The group should be on any newsserver provided by
any ISP, but if yours is not then you can use MS's Newsserver
"msnews.microsoft.com".
