Not sure if this would work for you but it is a way to limit their access.
If you go into the user account properties, Account\Log Onto you can limit
them to a specific workstation <-- their own, that they may log onto. The
drawback of course is that they will only be allowed to log onto this
workstation and this workstation only so if they do bounce around and log
onto other workstations this may not work for you. Hope this helps.
