I use a 1Ghz AMD (which would be roughly equivalent to a 1.4Ghz P4) and
512MB of RAM with one T-1 line, and a third NIC for a wireless access point.
CPU barely gets above 10%, very little paging, disk cache 1GB (far more than
needed), but the job mix doesn't generate a lot of internet traffic
throughout the day.

For 10 employees just about any old PC you have lying around would work.
I've used a P II-266 with 256MB and ISA 2000 for a similar sized company and
it worked fine. I'd suggest you put in at least 512MB if you go with ISA
2004.
