ISA Server Not hanging the on-demand dialout connection

Hi,
I have installed ISA 2000 Server ( with both SP1 and SP2) on windows 2000 .
Using a dialup entry to dial out to the internet on demand.
ISA is not droping or hanging the connection after the clients are done or
in case the connection is idle.
I have also set a idle time to disconnect /hangout and it is 5 mins but not
at all hanging the connection.
Pls help me in this regards.
