Your .vpc file will not work in ISA 2004.
Since the upgrade process completely replaces the ISA server executable, the inter-site connection will be lost during the upgrade.

Hello ,
I'm the admin of a network with 3 sites connected via vpn-lines that i
created with isa server 2000 enterprise edition. Will these vpn
connections between sites remain unaffected after an upgrade or will i
have to go to all the sites again with my .vpc-file ?
