1 - this thread
2 - your ISAInfo (http://isatools.org)
3 - captures of this event
4 - your ISA logs (IP, FW, WEB)

We're currently working on this with the WU team, although this is the first SUS failure I've heard of...

Jim, as I said, that settings has already been set.
SUS is fetching updates as domain user that has full download
rights for updates. However, XP SP2 does not download completly,
fails with 407, 1 hour and 24 minutes after starting to download...
