Go to your SUS admin page.
Click on the "Set Options" link.
In the right pane, enter credentials that ISA will allow for HTTP requests.

It tries to repeat sync 3 times and fails again with same error. Now, I will try to manually download that same file and put it in Content/Cabs folder. Is that OK? Will SUS automatically try to download new updates as they are available? I hope that manually putting file in Cabs folder wont ruin SUS's sync scheme. I tried to turn off outgoing web requests authentication requirement but still this error appears. Could it be a caching issue? Any tips are welcome!
