Have been running ISA 2K since it's availability with much success.
After purchasing a new dedicated ISA server with WS 2K3, I installed ISA
2K4.
I migrated my ISA 2K settings and imported them into ISA 2K4 successfully
according to the import feature.
This weekend when I tried the new ISA server in production test, I had some
problems with OWA, OWA-WAP and FTP.
I didn't yet get a chance to test the VPN, not until I clear up the other
problems first.
The publishing for my internal dedicated WS2K Exchange Server seemed to work
O.K., at least for incoming mail... forgot to test outgoing 8-}
The web publishing for our internally hosted .org web site worked o.k. even
the published web cam with it's own web server worked.
.org, OWA, OWA-WAP and FTP sites are hosted on our internal dedicated WS2K
IIS 5.0 box.
When I tested my OWA, I received the initial logon screen, then got a page
not found and received no user name and password dialog box.
When I tested OWA-WAP from my phone, I successfuly appeared to logon, but
when I tried to open an e-mail folder, I received same type of page not
found that I did with OWA. When trying to access our internal FTP site, the
browser would just freeze.
As I say, all this was and is again working fine on our original and now
back in production ISA 2K server.
Not to wild about the docs included with the software. I'll be looking for a
book today.
Mr. Shinder, I have your ISA SERVER 2000 book, please hurry on your 2K4 book
;-}
Any help and/or ideas will be greatly appreciated.
