Thank you for your update.
It is good to try troubleshooting steps on non-business hours for a
production server. I believe I have not mentioned RPCDUMPT to dump the
information. Could you let me know why you need to use it? For any command
line tool, you can use > output.txt behind the command to dump the output
to a file. For example, dir > output.txt will dump the directory
information into this txt file. You can try it.
For Remote Desktop Connection Software, Windows Server 2003 edition is the
recent edition newer than Windows XP. However, as you are using Windows XP,
you can keep use the version you are currently using as it is fully
compatible. For old clients, please download this software.
