You can just delete them using Windows Explorer

They're usually in:-
c:\program files\microsoft isa server\isa reports\{........}\daily report\
c:\program files\microsoft isa server\isa reports\{........}\weekly report\
c:\program files\microsoft isa server\isa reports\{........}\monthly report\

The {........} is a unique string for your server

I run a batch file every week to delete old reports automatically
