Hi,
1. In the client use exceptions in the internet options of the IE
2. ISA\configuration\networks\Internal
add the domain you have in the "domains" tab or add the ip of the web
server to the "address" tab, and check bypass
proxy for web servers in this network.
choose one of them
Try it.
