Steven,

When I run into a Java application, the first thing I do
today is go to www.java.com and download/install the
latest JVM. For many, the regular download won't work
(maybe needs working Java?<G>) If you run into that
download the file to a location before installing.

Believe the latest Java Runtime understands/supports
Windows Authentication better than earlier versions.
