Open the ISA mmc. Drill down to the <server name> / Extentions / Application
filters. Right-click on the HTTP redirector filter and choose 'Properties'.
On the 'Options' tab select the 'Reject HTTP requestst from snat and
firewall clients' option and click 'OK'.
