In other words, don't modify the path where you store your
isalogfiles.

Also, I don't see the KB article, but if you changed the
password used to generate the reports, you may have to use
a blank password instead of the new password. I had to do
that on one site, then mysteriously after a couple weeks,
<that> failed but I found that the new pawword worked.
