Check your Event Logs to see if you have report creation
authentication problems.

Verify your logfiles are configured for the default
location. For some reason if you're not writing text
logfiles <and> they aren't located in the default
directory, they're not read.

There is also a bug which can happen where if you change
the Admin account's password, ISA might not pick it up and
you need to enter a blank password.

I did that on one system, after a couple weeks the blank
password didn't work but the real password started working
again.

No explanation in the KB article why this can happen.
