FTP Problme in firewall client

 Dear All,

 i Need your help in configuring FTP access to external
sites. I was not able to do FTP from browser using web
proxy client, os i have installed firewall client on the
machine, still i am not able to access the ftp site ...i
have unchecked the passive mode ..still no luck ...i just
need you help guys ....please treat this as urgent ...and
also i need to to access yahoo messenger ..i am able to
access yahoo messenger from firewall clinet ..i wnat to
access from web proxy client ....how do i do it ..i have
opened port 5050 on iSA server for yahoo messenger ...
