This is my scenario.
Im wanting to connect a Linux box address of 5 onto a
DMZ. I have ISA with an external IP address of 138. Ive
bound a second IP address of 139 to this same card.
Im wanting to allow incoming traffic from a specific IP
address on the internet to gain access ONLY to this
address, which is 5. Similarly this Linux box (5) also
has outbound access to the specific IP on the internet.
Im not in a position to install another NIC into the
server so this is not an option, and with all other
hardware firewalls ive used, primarily Watchguard, this
is very simple to do.
However is this a limitation of ISA. Found plenty of
information about publishing mail servers but nothing in
regard to this type of siituation.
Any help would be appreciated.
Cheers
