VPN 3th virtual lan interface, dns conflicts

why installing vpn clients on windows 2003
the software creates a 3rth virtual lan interface
i have one interface for my internal network, a the second
interface is for the internet.
Then begin DNS conflicts, how do i Fix this,

i just can see de 3 interfaces from DOS windows
typing ipconfig/all

its an error install 3er partie software con a server
