    I had a fake username appear in IE everytime it was opened. It was the
    result of some type of Spam/virus/worm that the user opened. I never got it
    figured out, and MS PSS never figured it out. I even sent them a Ghost image
    of the machine burned on a CD. I had to build the machine from scratch to
    fix it. They were OEM machines, so I used the OEM restore image.
