Help! Trouble with ISA install

Help!
I have just installed ISA 2k in Cache mode on a WinSvr2k3 machine that has
been fully SP'ed and locked down, including hardening the TCP stack.
I have installed all the proper updates, but I have a few services that fail
to start up mainly the Microsoft Firewall service and ICF/ISC services. The
Firewall service fails on the ISA Server NAT driver, which I can not find in
the list of services and ICS/ICS fails on the MS Firewall service(both event
IDs 7001 Service Control). The dependencies listed under MS firewall
services are ISA Server NAT Driver and ISA Server Packet Filter Extension
Driver, yet I dont see those anywhere. What do I do?? Is my ISA shot? Did I
do something incorrect on the install?
