Running ISA 2006 on Server 2003. We need a quick VPN solution so decided
to
setup PPTP (yes I know it's not secure,

Yes PPTP is secure. That's what it is for.
It is just a level less than L2TP

moment). I setup the internal network as 10.2.0.0/24 and created a fake
WAN
(using the 172.16.0.0/24 network). I accepted all other defaults (Firewall
rule and route) and made sure they were set to route all traffic and allow
all protocols.

I'm using static addressing with 10.6.0.1 to 10.6.0.21.

That is the wrong subnet. "10.6.0.?" does not exist on the network from
what you have told me.

You can run the VPN Users with the 10.2.0.? network as long as you don't
mind the meaningless "spoofing" alerts. If you want to use other addesses
then ask Jim H, he can explain that process to you. I have never quite
understood what you are supposed to do in that case. I always just use the
Internal Address and ignore or disable the spoofing alerts.
