This must be it. Since it has been a long time since I configured ISA, can you give me a hint on where to go or direct me to white paper sites where I can follow their instructions?
Thanks,

Make sure you update the DHCP server IP in ISA VPN client configuration..

I changed my dhcp server to a new server with different IP address. Every
client machine is working fine except that I can no longer VPN from home. My
remote access server and ISA server are on the same machine. Is there
something I need to do in ISA or remote access program to change?
Thanks a lot.
