Error 800

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

We are in an office that has SBS2000 (not 2003) and ISA Server 2000.
We have XP Clients that need to connect to another network through a
VPN. These clients have the Firewall Client installed. When the XP
Clients attempt to connect they get the Error 800: Unable to
establish
a VPN Connection....

What we know:

1. If we attempt to connect to the other Server using a connection
outside our SBS2000 network we can connect.

2. If we use our internal SBS2000 server to establish the connection
to the other SBS2000 server, it works. It's just that our LAN clients
cannot establish a connection.

So we think ISA Server is blocking our LAN Clients from connecting,
so
we enabled the "PPTP through ISA firewall" property on the IP Packet
Filters, restarted ISA, but we get same error.

Does anyone have any ideas we can try next?
