VPN Logging - Durations

Hi,

I've been given a requirement that our company now needs to log (and hand
over the logs) for everyone with remote access (VPN). This is easy as it
logs already.

However there is now a requirement to log the duration that people are
connected for.

Does anyone know how to achieve this?
