S2S VPN with VoIP

Hello everyone,

i´m having serious problems getting a VoIP connection to work
properly. Here is the situation:

Company: ISA 2006
HomeOffice: SonicWall

We have a S2S runing and it works fine. The VoIP Telefon connects to
the telefone system. The telefon can send text messages as well as
actually call another VoIP telefon. As soon as the called person picks
up the phone you don´t get any speech transfered.

After alot of checking we found out that TCP packs are runing across
the VPN with normal speed, but the UDP packets are taking about 5 - 10
seconds before they actually start (and it does not matter in which
direction).

Any ideas why this might be?
