I underdstand all that, that is how I was able to check if a computer is
running the vpn when my application is launched. I used the IP Address in
the
PPP Adapter and compared it to a Global variable that is the first 10
characters of the address. All I need to do is launch the Login Dialog
box. I
will look into RASDIAL as it relates to Visual Studio and vb.net.
