ISA 2006 Site-to-Site VPN to a Netgear FVS114 (IPSec Tunnel)

At the moment i´m at a stage where i´ll rip my hair out... :(

Situation:

Company:
LAN: 10.0.0.0 / 16
ISA Srv: 10.0.1.1/16 (internal) - WAN IP 194.x.x.82

SoHo:
LAN: 192.168.0.0/24
Netgear: WAN static: 194.x.x.4

At the moment i´m only getting a "SanityCheckHeader failed errs 4"
whatevere that is?!?!

Can somebody please help me?!!?
