Hi,
On the other hand the Vista maschines can connect with other PPTP servers than our ISA server. So, in my
opinion there must be a form of incompatibility with Vista and ISA.
IMHO there are no compatibility problems with ISA and Vista. I used PPTP with my Vista machine (Ultimate RTM) many times to connect to my office network and my home network with ISA 2006 and to several customers also with ISA 2004/ISA2006
Perhaps there are side effects with our front firewall which is not ISA but
BSD based. But as i said with XP clients everything works fine.
What error messages did your VPN clients get? Any errors in ISAs Dashboard, event viewer or realtime log? Did you enable PPTP debug logging at the VPN client?
regrads Jens
