Re: Unable to enable VPN Client Access
Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance
Hi,
When trying to establish a PPTP VPN between two offices, i am unable to
enable VPN Client Access. Get the error msg " ISA server is unable to add
this computer in the list of valid remote access servers in teh Active
Directory.
ISA must be am member of the "RAS and IAS Server" group to read AD
information. IS ISA able to communicate with your Active Directoyr. It seems
for me that ISA has no access to AD. Create a rule that allows AD access and
try it again. You can also manually insert ISA into the "RAS and IAS Server"
group - but only when ISA is able to read AD.
