VPN Sessions and login

Hi guys,

Does anybody have an expirience about silmuntanios VPN sessions through
one 2003 server? Can 2003 handle 100 sessions?

Is there any way to create login in RAS or AD from Web app? Probably
somebody knows 3-rd party web applet ....
