Hi David,
This newsgroup is related to ISA Server - a Microsoft product that, among
other things, makes it easy to set up VPN connections. Some kind soul might
give you general VPN advice here, but you could wait a long time, while your
brother-in-law hones his gaming skills.
Try a more general VPN newsgroup, or look for a "how to" article (MSN search
on VPN and Windows XP might work for you).

Hi there,
I'm totally new to VPNs but I was wondering if someone is able to advise
me with setting one up. Basically my brother-in-law (who lives some
distance away) has a wireless network which contains 3 pcs and I also have
a wireless network, again with 3 pcs. What we'd really like to do is to
connect both networks together via a VPN to form 1 single network..
To be honest the main reason I want to do this is because my
brother-in-law and his sons play Need for Speed-Most Wanted against each
other on their network and I play the same game on my PC. If I could find
a way to allow us all to play agaimst each other then that would be just
fabulous.
If anyone is able to advise me then that would be just brilliant.
Thanks
David.
