I guess you should follow the steps from:
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/isa/2004/plan/sitetositevpn.mspx
Basically - if you have isa 2004 and site to site vpn, only the static route
will not do the work. You must set in isa and on the remote firewall the
access rules from one network to another and the network rule (routing or
nat) between networks. This link helped me a lot in making my site to site
vpn's.

Hi All,
I have a static route defined for host on local network to connect to host
on remote network using the IP address of the VPN remote peer as the
gateway.
Is this correct as there is no route information matching these parameters
when routing table is shown?
Or, any info on Routing on ISA?
